Note: Oversized items like large toys and nursery accessories will be shipped via Sea Cargo if air shipment is unavailable. This lengthens delivery times.
We are a small, family run business and we do our best to process orders quickly. Orders are processed as soon as possible. Typical processing time for Chicory Baby products is currently 1-3 business days.
You will be provided tracking information once we ship your items. Chicory Baby reserves the right to require the customer to pay shipping costs to offset supply chain and fuel surcharges so we can get your items to you as fast as possible.
Chicory Baby utilizes a marketplace of several dozen brands of various sizes. When you place an order with us, each brand will ship their product directly to you from their warehouses. If you place an order with multiple brands, it is normal for some items to arrive in multiple packages and deliveries. The brands items are stored and shipped from multiple warehouses around the world with a majority being in the USA and China. Shipping times will vary based on your location, but most orders will be received in 7-10 business days.
The order process has two phases:
- Order processing time: This is the time it takes us to prepare the order for shipment. Every order will be checked to confirm inventory or the product and each product will undergo a product quality inspection.
- Delivery time: This is the time required to receive the order after the it has shipped. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and delivery method. Due to our wide number of global suppliers and the ongoing effects on the global supply chain due to COVID 19, shipping times can vary widely. The typical delivery time for you to receive your purchased items is around 4-6 days after processing but is NOT guaranteed.

Orders to some remote areas that cannot be delivered to normally will be refunded.
Occasionally there are extenuating circumstances which temporarily extend the processing and shipping times. In such times, we will make an announcement at the top of the home page of the Chicory Baby website.
Please note that an order cannot be modified or canceled once placed. All coupon codes must be applied at the time of purchase. Limited time offers can only be used on orders placed within the offer's specified time period.

Returns & Refund Policy
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Chicory Baby. We’ll be as brief as possible. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Chicory Baby, you agree to the terms set forth below in this Policy.
If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a refund and return your product.
If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 14 days from the date of the item’s arrival. All product return requests are subject to evaluation and our friendly Customer Service team will be glad to help you. Any Holiday collection or related merchandise cannot be returned within 7 days of the holiday or thereafter.
If 14 days have gone by since you received your products, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
To begin the return process please email support@chicorybaby.com with your order number and Return as the subject line. We will provide you with a free return label to use to ship your products back to us.
To be eligible for a product return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging, unworn, and unwashed with all tags still attached. To complete your product return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We offer the following forms of refund:
STORE CREDIT
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection. You will receive a refund in the form of store credit to be used within 60 days. There is no restocking fee when receiving refund in the form of store credit gift card.
There is a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund once we process your return, upon receiving and inspecting the item(s) returned. However, we agree to waive the restocking fee, if you accept your refund in the form of store credit.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded. All sale items are considered final sale unless a product was damaged in shipping and handling. Please notify us immediately of the issue and we will do our best to accommodate.
Refunds
We at Chicory Baby are proud to offer our customers with the best products. Every single product that we choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be notified in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment, then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We do our best to ensure that the packing is sufficient enough that the items do not get damaged during transit. However, due to the wide range of suppliers we utilize all around the globe, goods can sometimes be damaged during shipping. Please note that Chicory Baby is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation, However, we will do our best to make sure that our customer is always taken care of.
We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Chicory Baby may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re providing them as fast as we can. Chicory Baby reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. You will be refunded for any unshipped items. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Chicory Baby confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Chicory Baby will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
